Asset Liquidation Protection: In the event that FulMeds undergoes a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or a wholesale sale of assets, all intellectual property rights, system code, and database compilations will transfer seamlessly to the acquiring entity as a core business asset.

3. Absolute Prohibition of Web Scraping, Data Mining, and AI Bots

Reverse-Engineering Ban: You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying source code of our mobile application or website frameworks.

FulMeds will aggressively pursue criminal and civil actions, including seeking emergency injunctive relief and substantial monetary damages, against individuals or entities conducting unauthorized scraping.
