Mensodol 325mg/25mg Tablet is used to treat premenstrual syndrome. It helps to increase urine production and remove excess water from the body. This relieves premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, and swelling. It also reduces pain and fever. Mensodol 325mg/25mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.Using this medicine may cause dark coloration of your urine in some people. You should discuss with your doctor if it bothers you. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.Before using the medicine, you should tell your doctor if you have any other medical conditions or disorders. It may also affect, or be affected by, some other medicines you are using so let your doctor know all the other medicines you are taking. Mensodol 325mg/25mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: paracetamol and pamabrom which relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).\tParacetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Pamabrom is a diuretic which increases the urine production to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, swelling and the feeling of being full.
