Nebzmart-GF Combipack Smartule (1ml Each) is used in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD), a lung disorder in which the flow of air to the lung is blocked. It provides relief from COPD symptoms like wheezing, shortness of breath, coughing, and chest tightness. This medicine is for inhalation purposes only. It is important to follow all the guidelines of the doctor before using it. Before using the medicine, the doctor will guide you on how to use this medicine. Use it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor.Common side effects of this medicine include urinary tract infection, cough, sore throat, runny nose. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, you should let your doctor know.Do not use this medicine without consulting the doctor if you have any problems related to heart, liver, or if you have glaucoma, tuberculosis (TB), asthma, and enlarged prostate.
How it Works
Nebzmart-GF Combipack Smartule (1ml Each) is a combination of glycopyrrolate and arformoterol. Glycopyrrolate blocks the activity of an endogenous chemical messenger (acetylcholine) in the brain. This helps the muscles around the lungs stay relaxed and reduces COPD symptoms such as coughing, chest tightness, and shortness of breath. Arformoterol relaxes and opens air passages, making it easier to breathe.
