Polivy 30mg Injection is a medicine used in combination with other medicines to treat a certain type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Polivy 30mg Injection belongs to a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It works by killing cancer cells. Polivy 30mg Injection is administered as an injection under the supervision of a doctor or a nurse. Get the injection in the exact dose and duration advised by the doctor. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. Do not stop getting the injection unless your doctor tells you to.The most common side effects of this medicine include peripheral neuropathy, nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, and hair loss. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, let your doctor know. They may be able to help by adjusting the dose or suggest ways to treat the symptoms. While on treatment with this medicine, your doctor may advise regular blood tests.Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have heart disease, liver, or planning surgery or vaccination or are taking any medicines to treat infections. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your doctor know all medications you are using. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
