Scanix 1% Emulsion is a combination medicine that is used to treat scabies. It kills the tiny insects (mites) and their eggs and relieves any associated itching, swelling, or redness. Scanix 1% Emulsion should be used in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. How it Works

Scanix 1% Emulsion is a combination of two medicines: cetrimide and gamma benzene hexachloride. Cetrimide kills certain bacteria and fungus by damaging their protective covering. Gamma benzene hexachloride causes paralysis in parasites (lice and mites) by getting absorbed into them and kills parasites and their eggs.
